Artist Kristi Allik worked with students from Queen Elizabeth Collegiate and Vocational Institute as part of mindscaping kingston mills, a multimedia project that won the 2004 Educator Award of Merit from the Ontario Association of Art Galleries.

Elementary School
In partnership with Kingston's regional school boards, the Art Centre offers regular Elementary School Programs (grades 1-8) throughout the school year. School Programs are linked to an exhibition on view and feature docent-led discussions in the gallery and a studio art-making activities, both tailored to appropriate grade levels.
